South-central Vaughan · Vaughan, Ontario
Concord
A south Vaughan community that mixes residential streets with the city's largest employment and retail areas, including the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre and Vaughan Mills.
Concord is Vaughan's most mixed-use area. Alongside residential streets it holds a large share of the city's employment lands, Vaughan Mills, and the growing Vaughan Metropolitan Centre — the area around the TTC Line 1 subway terminus that opened in 2017. For buyers, that means both older detached housing and the newest condo development in the city.
Housing in Concord
- Older detached and semi-detached homes on established residential streets.
- New and under-construction condo towers around the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre.
- Townhomes in the newer infill pockets.
Everyday life and amenities
- Vaughan Mills and the Highway 7 commercial corridor.
- The Vaughan Metropolitan Centre area, which continues to develop around the subway station.
