Northeast Vaughan · Vaughan, Ontario
Patterson
A newer northeast Vaughan community bordering Richmond Hill, with mostly recent detached and townhome construction and Rutherford GO access to the west.
Patterson sits in Vaughan's northeast, close to the Richmond Hill boundary. Most of it was built in the 2000s and 2010s, so the housing is newer and fairly consistent. Buyers usually compare it against Thornhill to the south (older, more established) and Maple to the west (more variety in home age).
