I've spent more than twelve years helping people buy and sell homes, and the part I care most about is the reasoning behind a decision — not the transaction itself. Real estate decisions usually sit on top of something bigger: a growing family, a job change, a parent moving in, a retirement plan.
How I work
I take on a small number of clients at a time. That's a deliberate limit — it means I'm the person who shows you the property, writes your offer, prepares your listing and picks up the phone when something changes at 8pm the night before closing.
I'll give you my honest read on a property, including when I think you should walk away. If the market or your timing argues against a move right now, I'd rather tell you that than list a home that isn't ready.
Why Vaughan
Vaughan rewards local knowledge more than most markets. The city is made of communities that were separate villages not long ago, and the difference between Woodbridge, Kleinburg and Thornhill isn't visible on a listing sheet. Knowing which pocket of which community fits a particular buyer is most of the job.
What I write here
Everything on this site is written or reviewed by me. I don't publish price statistics, school rankings or commute times that I can't keep current and verify, because outdated numbers presented confidently do real damage to someone's decision. Where a figure matters, I'll source it for you directly.
