Northwest-central Vaughan · Vaughan, Ontario
Vellore Village
One of Vaughan's newer large-scale communities, with predominantly 2000s-onward housing, wide streets and a strong concentration of family buyers.
Vellore Village is where a lot of buyers land when they want a newer home without moving to the edge of the region. Most of the housing stock is from the 2000s onward, which means modern layouts, attached garages and finished basements are common. Streets are wide, blocks are planned around parks and schools, and the overall feel is newer-suburban rather than historic.
